The MEMS OSW is based on micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) technology, which achieves low insertion loss and highly repeatability by rotating the mirror of MEMS chip. MEMS OSW is mainly used in optical cross and connection (OXC) system, optical add/drop system, measure instrument system and optical signal monitoring system.
1x2 Compact Fiber Switch
This 1x2 compact fiber optic switch utilizes micro-optics and a miniaturized relay to cross switch two optical inputs to two optical outputs. The optical output state will be latched after the drive voltage is removed. It features low loss, high cross talk, and very repeatable operation.
2x2 Bypass Multimode Fiber Switch
This 2x2 bypass multimode fiber optic switch utilizes micro-optics and miniaturized relay to cross-switch two optical inputs to two optical outputs. The optical output state will be latched after the drive voltage is removed. It features low loss, high cross-talk, and very repeatable operation.
